• Skirt features 3 layers: top layer is flocked, and 2 bottom layers are solid dyed to match tulle
• Raw edge hem
• All sizes feature a 1 1/4" (3.2cm) velvet elastic waistband
• Size medium: 10 1/2" (26.7cm) skirt length
• Recommended care: hand wash cold with mild detergent and allow to air dry. Do not bleach.
